Faulty Merchandise
If you receive products | merchandise that is found to be faulty upon delivery, we offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We may require you to provide photographic evidence or return the faulty item to us for inspection and will not accept after the return period has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller.
Refunds
Refunds for faulty merchandise will be processed once the item has been returned to us and inspected.
Please note that refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the amount may take 30 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing times.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Return Shipping
For exchanges or returns due to reasons other than faulty merchandise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Conditions
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.
